Ingredients

Ryazhenka 1 glass
Semolina 1 glass
Dates 5 pcs.
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp.
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Halva 100 g
Clarified butter 60 g

For preparing the pan

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
Semolina 2 tbsp.

Step 1
Prepare a blender and a baking pan.

Mix the ryazhenka with 1 glass of semolina and let it sit for 20 minutes.
