Ingredients

Cottage cheese 180 g
Chicken egg 2 pcs.
Cheese 50 g
Bread flour 2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
Dill 5 sprig
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1
Prepare a small pot and a frying pan. Rinse and pat dry the dill.
Step 2
Hard-boil 1 egg. To do this, place it in a pot, cover with water, and cook for 10 minutes. Start timing after the water comes to a boil. Transfer the cooked egg to cold water, cool, and peel.
Step 3
Dice the boiled egg into medium cubes, coarsely grate the cheese, and finely chop the herbs. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl.

Add the cottage cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Crack in the remaining egg and mix until smooth.

Wet your hands with water and form the patties. Fry them in hot oil on both sides. Each side will need 2–3 minutes.
